The most important thing on this page: captions and translations — including any Qur'an verse or hadith identification — are generated automatically by AI and speech-recognition software. They can be wrong. They are not a religious ruling, not a certified translation, and not a substitute for a qualified scholar. Treat them as a real-time aid for following along in a language you understand, never as an authoritative source on what was actually recited or said. Anyone relying on a caption for a matter of religious interpretation should verify it with a qualified scholar or the original recording.
Ansitly is a tool that listens to a khutbah (with the speaker's knowledge and the masjid's consent) and produces live, automatically generated captions and translations for the congregation, along with an optional dashboard for masjids to manage their own caption screen.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including, without limitation, any warranty of accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. We do not guarantee that captions will be accurate, that the service will be available during any specific khutbah, or that it will work on every device or browser (see our accessibility statement for known browser/device limitations).
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ansitly and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use the service — including reliance on an inaccurate caption or translation. Our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount, if any, you paid to use it in the twelve months before the claim (currently: nothing, as the service is free).

If you create a dashboard account for your masjid, you're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for anything done through your account. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, abuses the service, or goes unused indefinitely at our discretion, with notice where practical.
The service is currently offered free of charge, subject to a fair-use daily limit shown on your dashboard. We may introduce paid tiers in the future; if we do, we'll communicate that change before it affects an existing account.
This service depends on third-party providers (currently Anthropic, Deepgram, Resend, and Cloudflare, among others — see our Privacy Policy for the full list and why each is used) to function. We are not responsible for outages, errors, or changes in behavior originating from those providers, though we'll do our best to adapt to them.
"Ansitly" and this website's design are ours. Feature requests and other content you submit through the dashboard may be used by us to improve the service. We don't claim ownership of your khutbah's content itself.
You may stop using the service, or delete your masjid account, at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or discontinue the service, in whole or in part, at any time.
[Add the governing law / jurisdiction you want these terms interpreted under before publishing — e.g. "the laws of the State of ___, without regard to conflict-of-law principles."]
If these terms change in a meaningful way, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in full effect.
